iFB In-House Broadcast Job Request Form Please fill in this form to initiate a broadcast request. Note that these jobs are processed during office hours, 8am PST to 5pm PST, Monday through Friday. Same-day job requests must be submitted by 3pm PST. Jobs may be scheduled up to a week in advance. Broadcast requests submitted in this format are not processed automatically. You will receive a test fax, if requested, and jobs will not be sent until verbal or email confirmation has been obtained from the individual who submit the job (unless other instructions are specifically designated). On this page, please upload the fax list, followed by the document(s) you wish to have faxed. When you click on Upload button, the subsequent page will allow you to enter details about your broadcast. |
